Get help with setup, scene workflows, and runtime streaming.

Create a support account with your email and password, or sign in with Google or GitHub when enabled. Once you're in, verify your ProStream invoice from your profile to gain access to support tickets, follow replies, and licensed features.

Create Your Support Account

Use email and password, or a social login provider when enabled, then return anytime to track your requests.

Run Internal Diagnostics

Before opening a ticket, use the built-in ProStream Diagnostic framework. It catches common shader, collider, and bounds issues instantly. If the errors persist, attach the log to your ticket for faster resolution.

Share your Unity version, workflow step, and issue details so support starts with useful context.
